One Daily Tale

For the world and the people

Esperia was rebuilt by the Espers in a way that gave every individual a responsibility, and the Seven Shapes were no exception.

Even though they had decided the rules with One Daily Tale in the hope of making Esperia peaceful, they also had to comply with them.

When they wrote it, they all believed it should be created for the world and the people.

“We all live on the same planet, so it is very important—and obvious—that we need to preserve it. We also know that there is a balance to maintain among living things, which creates the ecosystem of Esperia,” said Vati, the Shape of Wisdom.

“Caring for all people is also a decision that now seems the most natural. Until now, all these years of conflict were ultimately caused by division between the different Elements,” added Gurumin, the Shape of Empathy.

“For the world and the people. If we all share this concept, then it can bring peace and harmony to every living being in Esperia,” concluded Eklea, the Shape of Awareness.

For the Seven Shapes, trying at last to build a society that was fair for everyone was no simple task. Whether it was the inertia of a system established over centuries, or the inertia of the attitudes of the individuals who composed it, sometimes reluctant toward changes that came too suddenly, they had to balance…

Like clouds drifting peacefully across the sky, or nature itself, free and carefree, a way of life distant from the material world was increasingly favored on Esperia. The intensive use of magic had indeed forever destabilized the climate, and Aether, the life source of the planet, had reached a critical threshold and was close to…

Vangel, our little dog friend of the Fire element, gazed deeply into the future that The Seven Shapes were trying to create through One Daily Tale. “This is a task that seems so difficult…” he thought. And for good reason, the understanding of the world, following the end of the War of Chaos, had highlighted…

The discovery of the StarDust had led the Espers to take a closer interest in how to develop it. One thing was clear in any case: it already shone extremely brightly, naturally, during pregnancy, but also throughout childhood. The Seven Shapes had therefore thought it necessary to create a society that promotes the healthy growth…

Simba, our little monkey friend, had roamed across the lands of the different elements. He had noticed one thing: while the elements differ on paper, the behaviors of the Espers were often the same, regardless of the element. He could see carefree young Espers, parents worried by the news of the day, disparities between the…

Cha Cha, our dear little platypus friend, was discussing one of his theories with Guruko. “When you think about a relationship on equal terms, we don’t usually think about comparing individuals from different countries. We often remain focused on a given country, often the one of our birth.” he thought. “Isn’t that normal? Many people…

Can we truly speak of equality of opportunity at birth when the place and conditions in which one is born vary greatly from one region of the planet to another? This was the reflection upon which Vati, the Shape of Wisdom, had been focusing. The end of the War of Chaos had revealed that the…
