Joliko the Red Panda

Joliko was a very cute red panda.

He now lived in a very disciplined way, prioritizing balance in his diet, daily physical exercise, while also taking care of his sleep and mental health.

At first glance, wasn’t he the perfect image of a red panda taking care of his health?

But Joliko had not always been so attentive to this subject.

Until recently, and from quite a young age, he had indulged in all kinds of addictive pleasures.

He loved staying out until morning with other animals of the forest, drinking alcohol while smoking cigarette after cigarette.

Hard to imagine for a red panda?

The world of Esperia was vast, and the use of magic by the Espers had made things once thought impossible become possible!

How was he able to make such a change, you may ask?

Joliko was extremely lucky. A pandemic had forced all the inhabitants to stay inside their homes, forcing the establishments serving alcoholic drinks to close.
An accident had given him the determination not to drink or smoke at home, and he was the stubborn type whenever he made decisions!

He then discovered all the time he now had for himself, now that he could no longer go out.

Little by little, he rediscovered activities he had abandoned: he began reading again, started cooking delicious homemade meals for himself, and returned to exercising.

When he saw his old companions again after the pandemic had passed, everyone was surprised by the enormous change that had taken place.

He had not realized it himself, but he had understood one thing. Change is possible, though sometimes a little luck is needed for it to happen.

As always, knowing this is one thing. Acting…

Look around you, and try to imagine viewing it through the eyes of your best friend sitting beside you, the tree in Esperia’s garden nearby, or even one of the countless stars shining in our night sky!” “By…
