Mental Food

Just as our nutrition shapes our health, what we feed our minds also has a powerful influence on who we become.

Today, with constant access to an almost infinite stream of information through mobile phones, what we choose to consume becomes the food that nourishes—or weakens—our thoughts.

As always, knowing this is one thing. Acting on it, by building healthier habits, is another. And that choice can only be made by you.

Sadly, with algorithms guiding what we see more and more, it has become harder to choose what is truly good for our minds.

Why?
Because, just like junk food, the “mental junk” is quick, easy, and instantly rewarding. Healthier options require effort, and without noticing, we often choose the easier path.

We know how addictive screens and endless scrolling can be.

And the hardest truth is this: the younger the mind, the greater the impact.

Protecting our youth is our shared responsibility.

Of all the 7 Shapes, Eklea was the most difficult to grasp and understand. This is why all the Espers needed to take time, every single day, to remind themselves how tiny they were in the vastness of the multiple universes they lived in—but also how important they were to one another, and to the

    Take the Time

When was the last time you took a moment just for yourself—not doing anything, just a few minutes of simply being? I know that most of you will reply: “I don’t have time to do that.” Unfortunately, if you don’t have time for yourself, even just a few minutes a day, no one else can

    The Brain

Cha Cha thought that, theoretically, on Earth, even though the Seven Shapes are unknown to everyone, the human brain might be what a potential StarDust looks like! Feeding and exercising our body indirectly powers our brain, and the better the source of energy—what we eat—the better our brain functions. Learning, of course, but also interacting

Ever wonder why it feels so frustrating when you’re trying to learn new things? You feel like you’re not making progress, or you’re already forgetting what you just learned? This is exactly what learning looks like! Without this kind of friction when we do new things, our brain would have no reason to change, adapt,

Since she was little, Guruko liked to run in the hills near the small house where she lived with Grandma Luna. She loved climbing trees, rocks, and feeling the touch of the ground on her feet, as well as the smell of the grass when lying down for a quick break. Cha Cha, even as
