Remembering the Fundamentals

Kenko, the Shape of Health, and the Great element of Earth were the perfect representation to remember how important the fundamentals were.

Just as the ground lays the foundations for a solid structure, the element of earth was certainly, by nature, the element closest to these fundamentals.

The world needed to return to the basics, which had increasingly fallen into oblivion, until reaching a point of no return that, among other things, caused the Chaos War.

So, what are these essential fundamentals?

Understanding one’s own basic physiological needs: restful sleep, a healthy and balanced diet, and regular physical exercise.

But also the need, as a social species, to interact with one’s fellow beings.

If Kenko allowed the Espers to easily remember the basics of Health, keeping the image of the Seven Shapes in mind was a concrete representation of the essential fundamentals that needed to be established systemically throughout the world.

For two fronts were indispensable and necessary to rebuild Esperia after the Chaos War:
society as a whole, and the individual.

The Seven Shapes represented the fundamentals on a large scale, while each Esper now had the task of applying these new rules at their own level.

Why was this possible now?

Thanks to the StarDust, which was revealed to everyone’s eyes at the end of the war…

    For a Noble Cause

The Seven Shapes had understood one thing: no Esper was born with knowledge of the world, its history, or its tragedies. For the young, sometimes left to themselves, they had understood that it was more than necessary to establish a charter capable of guiding them. Thus, Faya, the Shape of Will, thought that having a…
