The Power of Balance

Atma had a special gift: she could sense the rhythm of the Shapes within each being. Like a quiet breeze tuning the strings of a harp, she helped adjust their strength, keeping the StarDust glowing gently and in harmony. The flow of the Shapes wasn’t a straight line, like the horizon at sea, but a pattern of soft waves—sometimes calm, sometimes strong.

Atma could shape these colorful threads with care, guiding them so they wove together beautifully, forming the shining heart of the StarDust.

Too much willpower, for example, might make someone push their body too far, leading to injuries and worrying those who love them. But when balance is found—by learning to understand your body, by listening closely, and by giving it time to rest—health and strength can blossom.

Yet, like all the other Shapes, Atma could not act on her own. The real work must be done by each person.

And if even one of the Shapes is ignored, balance cannot be reached. This reminds us how important it is to care for each of our inner seeds, every single day.

    Emotional Fluctuations

Since the birth of Atma, who had become the symbol of Balance, the Espers had understood one thing.
