Mental Discipline

If some saw the rigor of a daily training of the mind as a limitation to their freedom, Kenko, the Shape of Health, often reminded them that good health was not only physical, but also in the mind.

Thus, to rebuild Esperia on healthier foundations, it was also necessary to rethink the foundations of a healthy society, for the body as well as for the mind.

Through small habits, stress management can be improved by maintaining self-confidence and hope in the face of adversity.

Sport, of course, was an activity that combined benefits for both the body and the mind!

Meditation allowed one to focus on the present moment, in silence and through breathing, and to let go of one’s thoughts.

Reading and philosophy were encouraged, in order to engage in introspection.
And of course, reconnecting with nature to restore oneself was promoted by the new Esperia.

For caring for one’s mind ultimately meant developing one’s StarDust, as it involves all the elements!

And that is why Kenko, as well as the other Shapes, applied themselves the principles they taught.
